So -- 2.5 home with 95 no repeat workday. A giant thing about it now -- stuck it was Steve mess -- on -- three teammates who won gold in the Olympics form and bobsled event two weeks ago. He joins us again now so we're bobsled and howl for you when you actually started you you don't you are born with that -- a sore I came out of the -- I'm you know you. A track athlete before hand and I was soccer track and I was grown -- track and college. And I got recruited doing as a the other the Catholic so I was able to pick things up pretty quickly. You know there's a bunch -- on -- bobsled because it's. You can you can adapt very quick. So once you do that -- and it's just getting you know hone your skills and getting better and -- rather than Calgary in the offseason to train Mike -- as an ice house there which is to some -- match it's an indoor -- facility that we just practiced the start. So for years and years and years I've not been in that thing paints and fifty dollars an hour somebody else paying ten dollars an hour for the Vienna. And getting him getting that the raps in and eventually just becomes a -- scale dislike as easy it is for you to former sentences that easy for media into bobsled win. You know when conditions are are right. Nancy I think in the conditions are always great to bobsled we can go right down the road for five hours Lake Placid can't write the bobsled yeah I can yeah that's awesome hey anybody who. And I -- anybody asking should do is like it's I I don't know how much costly process now. But it needs and I'm of the kind of mindset it doesn't really matter it's something that you'll never gonna get to experience ever again. You know how much is it worth. Now how much -- how much is a once a lifetime thing -- in and it is an essence and it's so cool in the rides are great and they do really good job with a -- programs out there anyway. -- and on and on that money goes back to the sport to be human so when you go lobby gets on the out of the same time giving some things well. You know if that's fine that's far away I spent my entire life. You know. Planning and singles and and trying to achieve something. And for the first time and actually hit exactly. You know everything now is wanted. So lasting and -- you start looking forward already. And start worrying about what's gonna come I -- just kind of in it's very hard for me to do I'm I mean I've always been -- myself like -- something okay now what. Now what can I do what's the next way to get to that next goal and then next step. Well -- and there is no more steps and it's kind of hard it's kind of hard to swallow right now -- dad that's that was the goal that is legal. So I'm still working on at this point just enjoying it and you know gondola do lot of fun things are ready we're gonna get dual lot of fun things coming -- And everybody everybody in buffalo and everybody says he'd been back in the US has been amazing and they're so happiness a proud and anatomical that we got to do that and got to be dad and give that.
